The system keeps records of your customers and their appointments, it also makes automatic phone calls to remind your customers of their planned appointments.
During the phone call, the system gathers information from the customers, as to whether they are going to attend or not and then displays all of this in your calendar.
The tool is capable of working with several organizations, multiple branches and all of the employees who are involved in the process.
